School productions are inclusive events which help build a stronger community. More than anything they should be fun and rewarding for the students which should lead to long-lasting and happy memories. The success of a school production is dependent on effective and positive collaboration (between students, teachers and members of the community). Strong leadership is needed but students' voices should always be heard. The ultimate goal is to push for excellence without sacrificing enjoyment.
